Pack Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
